My philosophy of care is to come alongside individuals as they seek to grow and challenge themselves to reach their fullest potential. I believe in seeing the whole person in the context of their environment, relationships, spirituality, and life experiences. I operate on a strengths-based approach. I believe in developing trust and mutual respect in the therapeutic relationship. When people feel unconditional acceptance and safety, they develop insight into themselves and their relationships. The therapeutic process allows them to grow and live in strength. They can in turn relate to others with love, grace, understanding and respect.
