Learn Why You Should Work with Us

The therapists at Morning Star have a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.

We understand the culture in Southeast Wisconsin because we all live in the local area.

Some of us have worked in inpatient units and treatment facilities, and all of us have worked in other clinics before choosing to practice at Morning Star. Though each of us brings a breadth of understanding, we have each also developed our own specific subspecialties. Thus, there are few problems that we have not encountered before. For this reason, many of our new clients have been referred to us by their doctor, their school, or a friend.

We respect your personal beliefs

We are open to personal beliefs, convictions, and ways of being that clients bring to us. We are comfortable working with all types of clients and all types of struggles and issues. We work with your strengths, to find a path forward. We are comfortable with using clients’ spirituality as a potentially valuable source of strength and wholeness, but spirituality need not be a focus of counseling.
